A MODERN technician!
Installation experience
At least 2 years of experience installing and maintaining air-conditioning systems.
Trade certification
Holds vocational training credentials or a certificate of completion in electrical-refrigeration engineering.
Tools and equipment
Fully equipped with the tools and instruments required for professional installation work.
Work ethic
Diligent, highly accountable, with excellent customer communication skills.

Order Fulfillment Process
Receive the order
The system intakes customer orders and classifies them by service area.
Assign a technician
The system automatically finds and assigns the nearest technician with the right skill set.
Confirm appointment
The technician contacts the customer to confirm the appointment time and exact location.
Carry out the work
The technician arrives on-site, inspects, and performs the installation to BBSV standards.
Inspection & Warranty
The customer signs off, rates the service, and BBSV issues the service warranty.
Payment
Customers pay via cash, bank transfer, or e-wallet.
